Why is the first visit a deep clean?
Recurring cleans maintain a baseline. If a home hasn't been professionally cleaned recently, a first deep clean gets it to that baseline so regular visits keep it there.
Can I add extras to a visit?
Yes — inside the fridge or oven, interior windows, laundry folding, and more. Ask at least 48 hours ahead so we can plan the time.
What if my regular team is out?
We'll let you know in advance and send a substitute who has your checklist and notes — or reschedule if you prefer.
