Will this guarantee my deposit back?
We can't guarantee a landlord's decision, since deposits also cover damage and wear. If your landlord flags a cleaning item we were responsible for within 48 hours of our visit, we'll come back and fix it free.
How far ahead should I book?
One to two weeks is ideal, especially at the end of the month. We'll try to fit last-minute requests when possible.
